Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity ReStoreDon't forget to ask for the 2008 CDHFH Calendar which is now available at ReStore! The ReStore is located at 238 Railroad Ave, which is on the WEST side of the Railroad tracks, turning SOUTH off of Loockerman in downtown Dover, Delaware. Click HERE for a map or HERE for directions. We are actively looking for volunteers to work at the ReStore.Our Hours Are: TUESDAYS 10am - 3pm WEDNESDAYS 10am - 5pm THURSDAYS 10am - 3pm FRIDAYS 10am - 3pm SATURDAYS 9am - 4pm
Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity's ReStore accepts tax-deductible donations of usable, new and used building materials and products which are then resold to the public at discount prices. By virtue of its existence, CDHFH ReStore has saved tons of usable materials from the landfill, and generated sales which further the mission of CDHFH. Please contact the ReStore during the hours noted above if you would like to volunteer your time. Hours are flexible, and includes tasks such as receiving and pricing materials, helping customers locate items in the store and/or running the check-out. We accept tax-deductible donations of usable, new and used building materials, fixtures, equipment and appliances in 100% working condition from:
We also appreciate donations of items in good condition from your home like furniture, lamps, both large and small appliances, cabinetry, tools, decorative items and more.
